Policy on the processing of personal data

By joining this Agreement and leaving your data on the Site https://bsm-kaliningrad.com/, (hereinafter referred to as the Site), the User:

• confirms that all provided information belongs to him;
• confirms and acknowledges that the Agreement and the terms of the processing to be fully and carefully read;
• confirms that the text of the Agreement and the terms of processing of personal data are clear to him;
• gives consent to processing of personal data by the Site provided as part of the information with a view to concluding this Agreement between him and the Site, as well as its subsequent execution;
• gives consent to the terms of processing of his personal data without reservations and restrictions.

The user gives his consent to the processing of his personal data, namely the commission of actions provided for by Clause 3 Part 1 of Art. 3 of the Federal Law dated July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data», and confirms that, by giving such consent, he acts freely, of his own volition, and in his interest. The consent of the User to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.

The User's consent is applied to the following personal data: surname, name and patronymic; phone number; E-mail address.

The User provides the Site with the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage within the established regulations of the retention periods for reporting, but not less than three years after the date of termination of the contest; Specification (update, change); use; the destruction; depersonalization; on-demand transfer of the Court, including third parties, in compliance with measures that ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.

The consent remains in force without limit of time from the moment of providing the data and can be revoked by the User by sending the appropriate order in simple written form to the email address: careers-kgd@bs-shipmanagement.com​​. The site has the right to amend this Agreement. In case of amending the current edition, the date of the last update is indicated. The new edition of the Agreement comes into force after being uploaded unless otherwise provided for by the new edition of the Agreement.

The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Agreement and the relationship between the User and the Site arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
